About Us

Hi—we’re Janyne and Mike, and this little slice of Isla del Sol has been part of our story since the very beginning.

In 2009, this waterfront condo was gifted to us for our honeymoon. We didn’t know then how much it would come to mean to us. We’ve returned almost every year since—each time falling a little more in love with the view, the quiet, the dolphins, and the rhythm of life on Boca Ciega Bay.

Every October, we set aside time for what we call our “annual workation.” We pack up our laptops and settle into our favorite routine: coffee on the lanai at sunrise, work from our two separate desks, and sunset walks along the water. With dolphins gliding past and herons soaring overhead, it’s a space that fuels both deep work and deep rest.  In June 2024 we had the opportunity to make it our own!

Together, we run two businesses—an executive coaching practice and an architecture studio—and this condo has become a trusted backdrop for creativity, clarity, and connection. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s where we reset, reflect, and remember why we do what we do.

We’ve designed this experience with you in mind: snowbirds, professionals, and quiet-seekers who value beauty, peace, and meaningful space to live and work well.
